• People of India today are living in the most polluted country in the world.
• None of the Parties are saying that they will ensure that no further pollution will take place or that they will comply with measured industrial emissions or no further deforestation will take place or no illegal mining will take place or they will ensure the protection of National Parks and Sanctuaries.
• When new railways and roads are constructed they are cutting across the movement paths of animals. This will cause the human animal conflict.
• Around 2330 elephants were killed in 6 years and 95 tigers were dead in 1 year and not a single party has come out with a statement that how they will deal with this problem.
• So the very fact that we are on the list of one of the worst countries of the world, shows how Political Parties of India have failed the Environment and the people.
