• Human activity has had a devastating impact on the environment.

• Deforestation, overfishing, conflict with wildlife, air pollution, radioactive leaks and antibiotic overuse are some things which we humans do and which affect the environment badly.

• The consequence of destroying the environment is destroying the very resources on which we depend.
