The entire ecosystem is god's gift to us and its speaks his through the soil, mountains, waters etc. But now, we can see that our planet is falling into terrible despair.

Pope Francis calls us to see what we have done to our common home, what is happening and what we are doing. Pollution, wastes and non renewable sources of energy are the main culprits for destroying our environment but we are it's biggest threat to it.

The pope also says that we need to go through an ecological conversion. It may begin as a idea but it will end when it is acted upon. By the encyclical, we can reflect on how action can be taken within our own family.

It's still not late. If we really reflect on this encyclical, together we can take care of our common home again.
