A 5-minute video that explains the letter Laudato Si written by Pope Francis.

In this letter, Pope Francis is urging us all to protect the Earth-Our common home.
1. This beautiful world is a gift to us by God and the fruits of the Earth belong to all. But we are hurting and mistreating our common home.
2. We have treated Earth as if it has an unlimited supply of resources. Taking more of our fair share from most of the people and even from our future generation.
3. We have cut down the forests, contaminated our Earth’s precious waters, the land, and even its pure air.
4. Plants and species are becoming extinct at a very extreme level.
5. The Earth Our common home is now beginning to look more and more polluted.
6. Climate change affects all of us but the poorest communities suffer the most.
7. We are now at a very crucial point where the future of our planet Earth is under threat despite this there is no change in the lifestyle of the rich countries. In this some are trapped in poverty with few or zero resources and some are consuming and wasting at a very increasing rate and leaving tons of waste.
8. Despite all of this everyone is not lost young people demand change. They want to build a better future.
9. We can change, we can make a new start, we can make our common home a better place to live, we can change the world.
