- Organic farming can be
defined as an integrated
farming system that
strives for sustainability,
the enhancement of soil
fertility and biological
diversity while with rare
exception, prohibiting
synthetic pesticides,
antibiotics, synthetic
fertilizers, genetically
modified organisms
growth hormones.

- The above video shows
as the constant growth of the world population continues,
farming practices have
become more
intensified to maximize
crop yields.

- It shows that an alternative to Conventional farming is Organic farming.

- It also shows the advantages of using Organic farming;
it does not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides and doesn't feed additives for livestock to produce more meat or eggs.

- Organic farming allows farmers to use more natural alternatives. Instead of fertilizers, manure is used. This recycles waste and improves the soil structure. The yield is less but the farmers can sell it at higher prices since no fertilizers were used during farming.

- Organic farming is preferred more as it is environment friendly and chemical-free.

- Organic Farming is a much better option for biodiversity and produces healthier products for our livelihood.
