This is a 4:23 minute video on Pope Francis' 10 messages written in his book.

A Spiritual Perspective- Our language of faith enters here.

Effect On Poor- What is happening to the poor because of what we are doing and causing climate change.

"Technocratic Mindset" Critiqued- We don't think about what can happen because of these technologies which can cause bad effects on the environment.

Authoritative Teaching- Pope Francis now declares that Laudato Si is now a part of the body of the Church's social teaching.

Christian/Biblical Roots- The gospel of creation comes into play here when God created the universe. But now there is too much killing and not keeping.

Everything is connected- We are a part of the environment. But any decision we make has an effect on the environment, good or bad.

Embrace of Science- Laudato Si focuses on the teachings of the Church as well as scientific searches for people to understand better.

Selfishness And Indifference Criticized- We have no pity on the poor and all of us turn a blind eye to them because they have been affected even though it is our fault.

Global Dialogue And Solidarity- The Pope holds conferences and debates all over the world for people to know what is happening to our common home.

Ecological Conversion- As the Pope has said, that our earth looks like an immense pile of filth, there is still hope that we can change all that by conserving our environment.
