This is a 1:06 minute video where David Attenborough says what will happen when trees return.
According to David, trees are the best technology to reduce Carbon dioxide. If we do afforestation on land we don't need, then it will so happen that the trees will absorb ⅔ of the carbon dioxide emitted in the atmosphere by our daily activities.
He says that forests are centres of biodiversity. The more wilder, the more effective forests will be at absorbing Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
